Turnaround Times
All production times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Swing tag printing begins once payment has been received and your artwork has been approved as print-ready before 10 a.m. Orders completed after this time will enter production on the next working day.
Quoted turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery schedules may vary depending on order size, print specifications, production requirements, courier availability, and other external factors.
We always aim to produce and dispatch your swing tags as quickly as possible and will work hard to keep your order moving smoothly through production.

Postage
We provide free delivery on all swing tag orders shipped to mainland England and Wales, as well as the Scottish Lowlands, using our chosen courier service, DPD.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight is also available, but orders for these locations must be placed over the phone. At present, we are unable to accept online orders for destinations outside mainland UK.
To avoid any issues, we recommend allowing sufficient time for production before placing your order. The turnaround times shown on individual product pages refer to dispatch times only and do not include courier transit time.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, courier services operate outside our direct control and delays can occasionally occur, for example due to adverse weather conditions. If your swing tags are needed urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.
