Drill Holes for Swing Tags

“Drilling” when used in printing, refers to the method of forming circular holes in paper by using a rotating bit.

Swing Tag Drilling

Drilling holes through a number of swing tags can be a time-consuming task. Using our state-of-the-art machinery, we offer a quicker and higher quality alternative to manual punching. Our machinery can drill holes through large volumes of hang tags with precision, allowing you to get the most from your products. We can drill through any lamination finish with ease!

Using our specialist equipment, we are able to offer the following hole sizes: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm. Swing tags come with one 3mm hole as standard, but we are able to punch additional holes if required.

Drill hole placement for your swing tags is important, typically on single page tags the drill hole is located centrally at the top of your hangtag. For folded swing tags with multiple pages, the drill hole is placed in the top left corner. If you would like your swing tag hole drilled somewhere different, please highlight this on your artwork.

Remember: Always check your drill hole placement against your artwork to ensure that you design is not drilled through! This is especially important when ordering either folded or double-sided swing tickets.
